Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Purchase orders are processed immediately to ensure a timely and convenient delivery.
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, and be in the original packaging.
In the interest of safety, cleanliness and our community, the following items will not be allowed to be returned:
- Grooming products unless unused and in the original packaging.
- Blankets, pillows, and beds unless the original packaging remains undamaged and unopened.
- Any product deemed edible, unless they are unopened with all seals and wrapping intact.
- Hygiene products unless they are unopened and in original, sealed packaging
All returns must include the original purchase order and/or receipt referencing your full name, e-mail you provided in the order and the order number.

DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for shipping costs on your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All eligible returns will be offered store credit only.
A notification email will be sent to the original email used to purchase, and/or alternative email provided, when a store credit is processed. If you are returning an item for store credit it will be reviewed upon receipt and a credit will be issued if approved.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS (if deemed approvable)
We will replace items for you if they are defective or damaged. Please send a picture of the damaged item with a brief description to email@example.com within 24 hours after delivery for inspection.
